Habanusantara.com – A recent statement by Muzakir Manaf, also known as Mualem, which went viral on social media about “building unemployment in Aceh,” has sparked various reactions from the public.

Tgk. Muharuddin, a politician from the Aceh Party, has stepped forward to clarify the intent behind the statement.

“Mualem’s statement is not as it appears on social media. His actual aim was to discuss efforts to create job opportunities and reduce the unemployment rate in Aceh,” said Tgk. Muharuddin on Friday (August 30, 2024).

This clarification comes in response to public misunderstanding regarding Mualem’s comments.

Tgk. Muharuddin, the former Chairman of the Aceh DPR, acknowledged that the statement was an unintended error.

“This mistake was due to Mualem’s fatigue and the busy schedule he had just returned from Jakarta, where he received support from national parties,” he explained.

The politician issued an apology on behalf of the Aceh Party’s cadres and management to the people of Aceh.

Tgk. Muharuddin emphasized that the statement did not reflect Mualem’s true intentions. “We ask netizens not to blow this issue out of proportion. Mistakes are human and can happen to anyone, including national figures,” he stated.

He hopes that this viral issue can serve as a catalyst to focus on addressing unemployment in Aceh.

“This is an opportunity for everyone in Aceh to concentrate more on finding solutions for unemployment and creating job opportunities,” he added.

According to Tgk. Muharuddin, the people of Aceh need leaders with clear ideas and a commitment to tackling unemployment and poverty.

“We believe Mualem has good intentions and will prioritize this issue. The people of Aceh are intelligent and can distinguish right from wrong,” he concluded.
